Jili Beet Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jili Beet platform — including the website at jilibeet.com, all associated mobile-optimized pages, and any gaming services offered through these channels. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and Jili Beet.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager at Jili Beet, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood their contents, and agree to be bound by them in full. 2Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account at Jili Beet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Jili Beet does not permit anyone under 21 to register, play, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and when accessing the platform for gaming purposes.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Jili Beet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits gambling activity.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. Jili Beet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility.

Jili Beet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to close any account that is found to have been opened in violation of these eligibility requirements. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be forfeited.

3Account Rules

Each player at Jili Beet is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple accounts opened by the same person — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Jili Beet's systems detect duplicate accounts automatically; any bonus funds or winnings on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jili Beet username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone — not even with Jili Beet staff (we will never ask for your password). All activity conducted through your account while logged in is treated as authorised by you.

• Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date — these are used for security verification and important account communications.
• Jili Beet may request updated KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any point, particularly before large withdrawals are processed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱200 per month, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits at Jili Beet are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Jili Beet accepts the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits are credited to your Jili Beet account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue on the payment processor's side, please contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be flagged for review.
• Jili Beet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of Jili Beet.
• Jili Beet reserves the right to limit, delay, or decline any deposit that triggers anti-money laundering flags or appears inconsistent with normal account activity.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at Jili Beet are processed as quickly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank generally process within 1–2 business hours during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer.

Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name verified on your Jili Beet account. Jili Beet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding ₱50,000 is processed.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Jili Beet offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all Jili Beet promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money.
• Wagering requirements count only toward eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements regardless of their outcome.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in all bonus amounts being voided, all associated winnings forfeited, and the accounts permanently closed.
• Jili Beet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of amendment will be honoured under their original stated terms.
• In cases where a bonus was credited due to a technical error or system glitch, Jili Beet reserves the right to correct the error and remove the incorrectly credited bonus funds, along with any winnings derived from them.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed at Jili Beet are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been placed and accepted by the system — this applies to sports betting, casino games, Tongits, bingo, and all other game types on the platform.

Jili Beet's casino games — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, and Tongits — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. Sports betting odds are set by Jili Beet's trading team and represent the platform's assessment of the relevant event's probabilities at the time of publication.

• Jili Beet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously incorrect odd resulting from a manifest error (palpable error) — such as a market published with a misplaced decimal. Affected stakes will be returned in full.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the result is determined, Jili Beet's standard settlement rules (published in the Sportsbook Rules section) will apply.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event across all game categories. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation and vary by market, event, and player tier.
• Jili Beet reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict betting access for any individual player at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Jili Beet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with Jili Beet games, bonus systems, or any part of the platform in a way not permitted for regular players.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities — including bonus calculation errors, game display errors, or odds feed discrepancies — for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker, Tongits, or any other multi-player game to manipulate outcomes for profit at the expense of other players.
• Using Jili Beet for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of crime. All accounts are subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring in compliance with Philippine law.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or attempting to reverse a deposit after funds have been used for wagering (chargebacks).

9Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Jili Beet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any Jili Beet content without prior written permission from Jili Beet.

11Limitation of Liability

Jili Beet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous uptime and system reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Jili Beet will not be liable for:

It is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR) where required by law or these Terms.

13Amendments to These Terms

Jili Beet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Jili Beet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except in cases where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

14Governing Law and Disputes
